The San Francisco 49ers had a brutal 2024 season. Much of that was due to the injury problems for superstar running back Christian McCaffrey. Now, the news is looking good for CMC. Star fullback Kyle Juszczyk shared with The Athletic's Vic Tafur that McCaffrey is doing very well.

Superstar running back Christian McCaffrey dealt with a lower leg issue at the beginning of the 2024 season, and just when he was healthy enough to play four games in the middle of the schedule, he was sidelined again with a knee injury.

The San Francisco 49ers would love to get the 2023 Offensive Player of the Year back playing at a high level in 2025.
