Milwaukee drivers should expect delays Monday evening as vice president hopeful Tim Walz makes a stop in the city on the eve of the 2024 election.

Walz was joined in Harrisburg by his wife, a schoolteacher who likened the election to a classroom group project. “Today’s the big day,” she said. “It’s pass or fail.”
