Microsoft is continuing to evolve the design language behind Windows 10 via an effort called 'Project Neon,' allegedly shown in some new screenshots that have leaked.

Artist Tracey Emin is to produce one of her trademark neon artworks for Number 10 Downing Street. The 47-year-old was invited by Prime Minister David Cameron to create an installation last year.
