Spain has been hit by a new deluge of heavy rain that saw cars carried away by floodwater near the northern city of Girona.

Crews worked to recover dozens of cars that were swept away in floodwaters when a severe storm moved through Cadaques in Spain’s Catalonia region on Friday morning, 8. Video taken by Adria Vallmajo shows multiple damaged vehicles piled up at a bridge after the floods pushed down down a stream.
