Bills related to sexual abuse cases, expungement, payday lenders and auto-body shops are on the agenda at the RI State House.

If passed, it would shorten the minimum wait to remove from public state court files any record of a misdemeanor from five years after completion of sentence, and of a felony from 10 years to five.
