Police in Spain have been given another 72 hours to question a 32-year-old man who was arrested earlier this week

The PSNI have released a statement saying they were yesterday made aware that a body recovered in Spain is believed to be that of missing man John George.

The family of missing Belfast man John Hardy, also known as John George, say his body has been found in Spain. The family's solicitor, Kevin Winters, said the missing man's father, Billy George, received a call from Spanish police at about 17:00 GMT to tell them that Mr George's remains were recovered.
