Two teens were shot and wounded on the Dan Ryan Expressway Wednesday afternoon, closing the inbound lanes for several hours. Troopers responded to a shooting about 2 p.m. in the northbound lanes of Interstate 90 near 43rd Street, where they found two victims, Illinois State Police said in a statement.
