Details have emerged about a fatal accident in Gurgaon where a biker died after colliding with an SUV driven on the wrong side. The SUV driver, Kuldeep Kumar Thakur, lacked a valid license and had previous traffic violations.

The car that collided with Akshat Garg’s bike on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon was purchased in July and has two pending challans, police said. They added that the accused, Kuldeep Kumar Thakur, could not present his driver’s licence when he was caught after the accident, and a notice had been sent asking him to submit the same.
