Current and former NASCAR drivers are stoked for the sport’s return to Bowman Gray Stadium, an event that aims to have a long-term impact on the famed venue that currently hosts college football games and modifieds races.

EXCLUSIVE: NASCAR has had to get creative ahead of The Clash at Bowman Gray as a result of limited space at the historic venue which will see the Cup Series return.

But the venue is different in 2025, with the Cook Out Clash taking place at Bowman Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, N.C., the venerable 0.25-mile track with a history of roughhouse racing and fireworks across the grass-only infield.
