At least three people were killed in the flooding created by the remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal, and one was still missing Tuesday.

Recovery is underway Tuesday across the Triangle after Tropical Depression Chantal dumped heavy rain causing major flooding and road closures.There were at least three storm-related deaths confirmed.
