HONOLULU (KHON2) — An arc flash inside a manhole set back repair efforts to restore power for 600 Chinatown and Downtown residents Wednesday evening on June 19.

Two Belmont Light line workers were hospitalized after an arc flash occurred while they were working inside manhole near Belmont High School.
