Max Clark, Kevin McGonigle and Josue Briceño represented the Detroit Tigers at Saturday's MLB All-Star Futures Game. All three joined the Erie SeaWolves the week prior.

Clark spent his first 68 games of the 2025 seasons with High-A West Michigan. He hit .285 with an .857 OPS, drawing 65 walks to go with seven home runs, 47 RBIs, 12 doubles and two triples. He was 12-for-14 when attempting to steal.

The Guardians have been shut out in four of their last eight games. They were shut out over the final eight innings last night (July 4). And they're being shut out tonight entering the top of the eighth inning, where the Tigers are still holding onto a 1-0 lead.

Four Detroit Tigers players, including pitcher Tarik Skubal, were selected for the 2025 All-Star Game, marking the team's largest representation since 2015. Skubal is also a standout as a potential starting pitcher for the event.

McKinstry, Detroit’s do-it-all utility man, has been named to the American League All-Star team as a replacement for Astros shortstop Jeremy Pena. He’ll head to Arlington as a reserve infielder, adding one more piece of Tigers blue to a team already stacked with Detroit talent.
