Enchanted Forest announced the deaths on its Facebook page on Sept. 9. The theme park didn’t open as usual in the spring of 2020 because the pandemic’s first wave was sweeping over Oregon.

The Enchanted Forest, in Howard County, Maryland, opened just one month after Disneyland in 1955, welcoming visitors to a world of fairytale castles and characters.
