Facer is a decade-old watch face store with 500,000 faces and tens of millions of users that lets people get more creative with the most visible part of the Wear OS experience. And Google has basically killed it with Wear OS 5,

The Pixel Watch 3 is powered by Qualcomm's W5 Gen 1 chip with a Cortex-M33 coprocessor, a significant upgrade over the original Pixel Watch's Exynos 9110 SoC. This newer processor, which already performs admirably, will certainly help with future software updates, ensuring a snappy and reliable performance.

Facer has confirmed it is in discussion with Google to find a way to bring its watch faces to Wear OS 5, with some already available.

Moreover, Google uses domed glass atop the display, which wraps around the sides, giving the smartwatch a unique look, whereas the Galaxy Watch 7 has a more traditional flat glass display. However, Samsung uses sapphire crystal glass, which is said to be more scratch-resistant than the Gorilla Glass 5 on the Pixel Watch 3.
