PINEHURST - The blue Kettler ping pong table might have been nondescript when it was first loaned to Pinehurst Resort by an employee before the start of the U.S. Open on June 9.

A Kettler ping pong table was stolen from the back yard of a residence in the 500 block of Aliso Avenue during the weekend. The table is estimated to be worth $1,200.
