In an open letter to the trade press, Ken Davy, past president of the Life Insurance Association, gives his views on the cause of the problems between the PFS and CII and how it could be resolved.

In the letter, dated today (October 27), Alasdair Walker, chartered financial planner and author of the open letter, called for members who share the same concerns to add their names as signatories.
