Kingston Resorts is finishing a $65 million renovation of two of its oceanfront properties located on the north end of the Grand Strand between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach.

The Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grande Dunes is located at 8400 Costa Verde Drive. The almost 11-acre resort, built in 2004, boasts a spa and meeting space.
