Assassin bugs are often found covered in sticky resin, so frequently, in fact, that they are sometimes referred to as ‘resin bugs’ or ‘sticky bugs’.
These include generalist predators such as assassin bugs, dragonflies, and ground beetles. Others, such as lady beetles, can be more specialized, feeding exclusively on aphids or scales.
I'm wondering if it would work for other insects like wasps, stink bugs and assassin bugs - all of which are finding ways into my home. I'll give this a shot and see.
