Thousands waited anxiously Wednesday evening to learn if they’d be $1.65 million richer from the final Queen of Hearts drawing at Brookies Bar in Ripley, but one Tri-State man was the lucky winner.

After months of pulling tickets, a local bar in Ripley held its final Queen of Hearts drawing. Ron Lang of Georgetown, Ohio, was the winner, taking home $1.5 million.
