UPDATE: A Winter Weather Watch has been issued for most of the Chicago area beginning Friday afternoon. CHICAGO (CBS)—A winter storm is expected to strike the Chicago area during Friday's rush hour.

The Virginia Department of Transportation today warned that weather conditions early tomorrow could make rush-hour traffic troublesome in parts of the Richmond region.

One of the victims of the snowy, icy rush hour madness was a car flipped on its side. Another was two trucks on the 42nd Street overpass that collided, backing up traffic for hours.

PennDOT plans to have crews out all day on Monday to clear Sunday's snow and prep for another round of wintry weather. The biggest challenge for them is that the storm is set to hit during rush hour.
