Pitcher AJ Smith-Shawver is emerging as a force for the Atlanta Braves as the rotation gets set to welcome back Spencer Strider, who is ready to come off the injured list.

Strider, though, noticed right away that Smith-Shawver was in pain and alerted the coaches in the dugout. The Phillies' broadcast picked up the entire exchange with video from the Braves' dugout.
