When I was in eighth grade, our art class culminated in big drawings done in two-point perspective, rows of blocks and buildings receding off to paired vanishing points on the horizon.
In a two-point perspective drawing the parallel points eventually merge into what's called a vanishing point. Perspective drawing is more accurate compared to isometric objects.
