American Daniel Romanchuck won the men's wheelchair championship, snapping Marcel Hug's three-year winning streak. Romanchuck, who also won the 2018 and 2019 races, finished in 1 hour, 36 minutes and 31 seconds. American Susannah Scaroni won the women's wheelchair race for the second time, after finishing in 3rd place last year .

Abdi Nageeye, 35, from the Netherlands, finished first in the men’s race with a time of 2:07:39. Meanwhile, Seila Chepkirui, 33, from Kenya, claimed victory in the women's race with 2:24.35.
