On September 23, Gandhi will address a public rally in support of J-K Congress unit president and former minister Tariq Hamid Karra in Shalteng constituency in Srinagar, and another in the Surankote constituency in Poonch district during the second phase of the Jammu and Kashmir elections, a party leader said.

Gandhi is also scheduled to campaign for Congress candidates in Srinagar and Jammu, addressing public rallies in the twin cities over the next few days
