R&B artist Jazmine Sullivan, a Philadelphia native, is dropping out of the Wawa Welcome America concert because of the ongoing city workers' strike.

Monday, June 23, marks Day 5 of the Wawa Welcome America festivities. Monday’s events include free admission to the Independence Seaport Museum and the Lest We Forget Slavery Museum.
