Madrid Airport Train Options. Know Before You Fly. The national railway operates routes into the city center via line C-1 from the “Aeropuerto” stop. Use any Renfe machine to buy a ticket in the station for 2.6 Euro. The train has five stops and takes 27 minutes start to finish.
