Conveyors | Versa Machinery
Versa Conveyors are available in lengths from 2 feet to 24 feet and widths from 2″ and up. They can be configured for line speeds from 12 feet/minute to 600 feet/minute. Versa also offers air ejectors with air nozzles or air saving aluminum or stainless steel air knives.
VERSA Non-motorized puller assemblies are designed and built to satisfy a wide range of applications and products. VERSA provides both pinch roll and caterpillar puller assemblies. Non-motorized assemblies can be used to replace existing puller assemblies or to build specialized equipment for unique applications.

Minicutters - Versa Machinery
Although they cut extruded materials to the same lengths and accuracy of the larger systems, the Minicutter series systems are compact bench top unit that meet processors’ needs and offer a cost saving alternative to high volume production equipment.
The Versa Minicutter II automates On-Demand cutting of small diameter tubing or profiles. It can be used for either off-line or in-line cutting of extruded rubber and plastic products. The system allows the operator to select the cut length, line speed, and batch quantity. The machine will automatically stop when the batch set-point is reached.
