The best way is to return headset back, and get it from authorized source like Razer.com or Razer authorized resellers.

Feb 27, 2025 · After that mouse worked fine on wired connection. After I reinstalled Razer Synapse 3, at first mouse was still working on wired. But the second Razer Synapse 3 started updating Basilisk’s drivers - it stopped working again. TL;DR: probably some faulty Razer Synapse 3 update. Uninstalled it for now, wired connection works fine.

Dec 26, 2024 · Reinstalling Synapse 3 and upgrading to 4 is not a option for me anymore. Too much of a hassle. I’m moving back to version 3. I have more than 30 Razer devices and I will not do an upgrade from version 3 to version 4 everytime i connect my other razer devices. Support wasnt much of a help. They just don’t know what to do.
