Jan 23, 2014 · If adventure mode prohibits block-placing, then awesome mechanics like these will be impossible. Another example: I made a puzzle dungeon where players needed to obtain redstone torches, which were "keys" used to unlock the final door by placing them in "shrines" which were connected to logic gates behind a wall that the player couldn't see.

Mar 21, 2015 · 1.7.10 does allow breaking of blocks in adventure mode but ONLY WITH PROPER TOOL for example leafs can only be destroyed with shears, wood with axes, dirt and sand with spades ect ect. This leads me to believe that one of you mods are doing this, especially when you say its acting like bukkit spawn protector.

Jan 12, 2015 · If there is no way to break all blocks in adventure mode, then this should become a suggestion UPDATE: I just realized that after the 1.8 update you can no longer mine blocks in adventure mode, even with the right tool. The last time I played adventure mode was in 1.7 lol.
