After providing user credentials via SSO in the browser pop up, I see a 'processing XML' window which continues to display, but nothing further happens and Excel becomes unresponsive.

Smart View - Cell Styles Not Retained After Restarting Excel
Dec 18, 2024 · We are facing an issue in Smart View where cell styles are not retained after restarting Excel. Specifically: Forms and ad-hoc grids lose their formatting (e.g., colors). Default cell styles set in Options are not saved upon restarting Excel. Steps we've tried without success: Uninstalling Smart View. Running CCleaner.
New smartview causes excel crash everytime at Disconnect All
Apr 11, 2024 · I installed the latest version 24.100 (Build 170) of Smartview for testing. It crashes excel every time I do Disconnect All. Our end users have the practice of doing a Disconnect All before saving and closing the excel smartview reports. Hence this might become an issue when we roll this update to everybody. Is anybody else facing this?
