Created by the wills of George and Helen Bradley in memory of their daughter Emma, Bradley Hospital provides a continuum of inpatient, school, residential, partial, outpatient and special education services for infants through adolescents.

Founded in 1931, Bradley Hospital was the nation’s first psychiatric hospital exclusively for children. Today it provides expert, family-focused care to children and adolescents with psychological, developmental, and behavioral problems.

Under the direction of Karyn Horowitz, MD the care teams at Bradley Hospital offer comprehensive outpatient mental health evaluation and treatment for children, adolescents and families from southern New England.
