Update: I recently developed a variation on this method that produces better cards than the method outlined here. You can see the details here. It basically suggests using one sheet of linen cover stock and one sheet of linen paper instead of two sheets of cover stock.

Aug 1, 2017 · No need to glue your cards on card stock. Once you have the cards printed on a regular sheet of paper, cut them out, and then use protective card sleeves. Insert a cheap regular playing card in each sleeve and then insert your custom card to cover the face of it. These are durable, can be updated, and mistakes are easy to fix.
