Exterior paint you recommend - Contractor Talk
WEBApr 13, 2012 · Exterior paint. I have been using Dulux Diamond Exterior for the last 2 years. I get a better price from Dulux than SW. I like the features of the paint-they make for a great presentation to clients. You can paint to 2C/35F, dries hard as a rock for durability, and has mold resistance properties. Great results so far.

WEBNov 9, 2015 · If it is sunny and dry I'll usually go for it. I've had great luck with Superpaint, really bad luck with the local Miller paint. We have about three or four hours of exterior painting left today and it is raining. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny, we'll be able to finis up as long as it warms up a bit. Probably head in around 11 and finish.

WEBMar 15, 2012 · Ideally the one coat of Superpaint would have been made a change to the contract. You can buy a lot less expensive exterior paints if Suoerpaint wasn't specified to begin with. Obviously there was a problem with the original quote. Too late to change any of that. I think you're jammed pretty bad.
SW Superpaint Gloss, still sticky after 6 months?
WEBApr 22, 2012 · Ive never had superpaint get gummy on me with a tacky/sticky feel as you described. ever. definitely not after 6 months post application.. Id pull your rep out and ask for reimbursement if it was me..even if you boarded up after 3 months.. it should have been cured after the first freaking week.

WEBMay 2, 2008 · Trying to get paint to stop flaking off the pvc/vynl trim around the window in an exterior door. Tried the krylon sprayed on plastic paint, scuff sand, paint with superpaint. Came off in less than a year. Thinking maybe sanding the heck out of it, clean with acetone, prime with pro bond, light sand, paint. Any suggestions?
