(There is an exception for some units of measurement, with "mm" treated as an alternative shorter form of "millimeter" rather than an abbreviation in the usual sense even though it originated as one, and so on for other units.

Either way packages are not consider lost through USPS international until the 45 day mark. It could be that it was just missed routed and will make it's way back but its much to early in the shipment to think its lost yet.

Bought April 24th - set arrival May 5-7th. It has been stuck in transit to this day. I contacted the seller on May 12th and she told me to wait. I contacted USPS to see if they could find the package ad they were not helpful. When I requested a refund is when the seller started to do something.
